This Privacy Policy describes how Cavoriq S.A. ("Cavoriq", "we") collects, uses and protects the personal information of people who visit cavoriq.com and use our informational services. We comply with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its implementing rules.

2. Data we collect
We collect data you voluntarily provide when completing the subscription form (name and email address), and technical data generated by your browsing (IP address, device type, operating system, pages visited, referrer and timestamps).
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to send you informational communications about real estate crowdlending in Argentina, market news, editorial content and to improve the site. We do not sell nor transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent at the time of subscription, as well as on Cavoriq's legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site.
5. Retention
Data is retained while your subscription remains active and for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Technical logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months.
6. Data subject rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion provided by Law 25,326 by writing to hello@cavoriq.com. The Public Information Access Agency, located at Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, Floor 2, CABA, is the supervisory authority.
7. International transfers
When we use providers outside Argentina, we require adequate contractual safeguards and protection levels equivalent to those provided by Argentine regulations.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including in-transit encryption (TLS 1.2/1.3), access controls and periodic audits.
